Ok, but a well placed ice move could take out 5 of your Pokemon and if the ice move comes from an ice type the electabuzz has no advantage.... out of 10 i would give it a 4, i much more appropriate team would be gallade, scizor, charizard, electabuzz, marowak, and one of your dragon type Pokemon....hope you enjoy.

Too many Dragon and ground types. A balanced team: Nidoking, Milotic, Tyranitar, Espeon, Glaceon, Lucario. Nidoking, Tyranitar, and Espeon can learn good TM attacks. T-Tar can learn Fire blast, thunder and a bunch of others. Lapras actually works better than Milotic though. You can also switch out the Lucario for Dialga. My team, Ludicolo Gyrados, Houndoom Tyranitar Mamoswine and Metagross, check out my Pokemon teams for more combanations Milotic, Tyranitar, Lucario, Dragonite, Heatran and Cresselia is an o.k team my team is Empoleon, Heatran, Garchomp, Luxray and LuCARIO

(seen in Pokemon dp ep 128) so probably till the endof the sinnoh league , he'll have a torterra, electabuzz (if it don't evolve), magmar (if it don't evolve), honchcrow, ursaring, gliscor, wevile. nidoking and a hariyama.
