It's bad...if your team faces ground type Pokemon, you're doomed. Water could really hurt both Charizard and Rhydon. Electric type could really hinder both Charizard and Poliwrath. Psychic could easily kill haunter and Poliwrath. What I suggest is pick a team that doesn't have a weakness to a certain type on more than one Pokemon.
