Yes. Make sure that you use a very mild soap or puppy shampoo. Dont get any water in its ears and eyes. Make sure the pup gets dried completely before you give it back to the mother. Dont let it get cold.

∙ 12y agoGenerally, no. The mother will usually clean her puppies regularly. There is also a very high chance of them getting very sick, so it is ideal to wait until they are older. If a puppy becomes dirty, just gently use a warm damp cloth or towel to clean the area.

∙ 13y agoYes you can bath a 7 week old puppy. I suggest you put some vaseline in his or her eyes first or some type of other eye ointment that is safe for dogs in order to protect their eyes from the soap.

Remember the mother would normailly clean it herself but licking.
