Can you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior out of fear - now that I'm a father I want to protect my daughter not just physically and mentally but spiritually too - am I wrong?

Not at all, i too am a man/teenager who worships the Lord (Jesus Christ), but i worship since my whole family too worships as well as worshipping the Lord you are truly devoting yourself to him, whatever your reason maybe you are still the child of the Lord, that's what i believe so go ahead whatever it may be.
