Buy it on itunes. or if you have it on a CD, open itunes, put the CD into your computer, and it'll say "would you like to import so-and-so disk?" click yes. Wait for it to finish downloading. Then it will be in your itunes music library. from there, just plug your iPod into the computer, and click and drag the song to the little symbol of your iPod that shows up on the left side. Then wait for it to sync (don't unplug anything!!!!!). once it's done syncing, (it'll say "sync complete, you may disconnect iPod" or something like that at the top) then you can unplug your iPod from the computer and listen to the song.
