You can plaster a wall with Portland cement and fine sand mixture. Polymers are plastics and I've found nothing on using them in a mixture to plaster a wall.
Keene's cement it is a gypsum based plaster material that was originally invented somewhere in the 1800's by a man named Richard Keene. It is a quick setting plaster that usually requires a retarder or some kind of plasticizer to make it smooth enough to spread on a wall.
First assume the ratio of plaster is 1:4 (1 cement and 4 sand) now we have to plaster the wall having area of 100 sft assume the thickness of plaster 0.5 inches. first convert thickness in to feet so 0.5/12 = 0.0416 now to calculate the material use in cft so 100 sft x 0.0416 = 4.16 cft so we required 4.16 cft material to complete the plaster multiply it by dry factor 1.5 4.16 x 1.5 = 6.24 cft to calculate cement 6.24/(1+4) = 1.24 cft 1 cement bag volume 1.25 cft so calculate no of bags 1.24/1.25 = 1 bag to calculate sand (6.24/(1+4)) x 4 = 4.99 cft
BEST METHOD IS TO PRIME AND PLASTER OVER...NEED ACRYLIC ADMIXTURES ADDED TO STANDARD PLASTER PORTLAND CEMENT MIX....TO GET SMOOTH SURFACE WOULD NEED TO PUT THE PLASTER ON IN MULTIPLE LAYERS, LET DRY AND REPRIME BETWEEN LAYERS...PRODUCTS FROM COMPANY STD DRYWALL WITH ACYYL 60 SOLUTION WORK....OTHER WAY WOULD HAVE TO ANCHOR FIR WOOD STRIPS TO VOLCANIC ROCK (LONG FASTENERS) WITH FIR STRIPS LEVEL AND PLUMB USING WOOD SHIMS IF WANT TO ATTACH A NEW LAYER OF FLAT GYPSUM WALL BOARD....

Use a good quality cement and push the cement in as far as you can, if it a thru-hole, do the same on the inside, smooth one or both patches flush. If its below ground level apply a "Tar base material" to the patch after the cement dries, this will help in waterproofing the patch.
with plaster or Cement.
If you eat wall cement plaster, you would become very sick and maybe die. Wall cement plaster is not made for eating in any way.
Gypsum uses include: manufacture of wallboard, cement, plaster of Paris, soil conditioning, a hardening retarder in portland cement.
plaster and some of cement
You can not build a wall out of plaster, you need bricks/blocks/stone and cement to build a wall.
Lathe - narrow wood strips. Plaster - like cement, but not as hard.

Plaster of Paris (but you have to work quickly...)
You need a clean sharp washed riversand cement and lime.
Cement mortar is used in bricklaying to adhere them to each other.
Use concrete if you will have any dirt behind the wall.
