I have, and it is delicious. Try using:

2 bottles of red wine

Chopped fruit such as peaches, strawberries, raspberries, oranges, lemon

1/2 to 1 pint of brandy or orange liqueur

Really, though, I think you can use any Sangria recipe and just let it age. I aged mine for two weeks and then added either soda water or 7-Up (personal preference) when serving. The flavor of the fruit made this a sensational summer sipper. I would definitely recommend aging your sangria.
