wet hair its obs
I have studied with Redken Color Systems and, when using Shades EQ, it should be applied to DRY hair so as not to dilute the formula...which would occur if applied to wet hair.
The general rule is that hair color should be applied to DRY hair, as wet hair will dilute the hair color mixture. Only on occasion should color be applied to wet hair, IE. When toning at the shampoo bowl immediately following a bleaching service.
Cream hair color is meant for the bowl & brush technique. If you use a bottle to apply the cream color, its thick consistency will cause the bottle to clog and you'll have difficulties with the application. If you must use a bottle, mix the color with CLEAR developer.
No you always apply to dry hair. Never wet your hair before coloring.
nothing happens
dry
you have to highlight to dry haair.
You can either have your hair dry or wet when scrunching your hair. Rub your hair with a towel as if you were drying it. Then apply Moose, or Gel and curl hair into shape. Most people purfure to scrunch hair when wet.
Redken Color Gels should be applied to dry hair. If it's wet, it will dilute the product.
No, You do not wet your hair first b4 dying it. You are suppose to apply the dye 1st then let it sit 4 the time givin then rinse it out
Hair should be dry when coloring it. Any moisture left in the hair will dilute the color and affect the desired results.
