yeah but it will tingle, burn, and itch probably 30 minutes after you put it on, till you fall asleep. In the morning I don't think it feels bad at all. If you can learn to ignore it, I don't think it has any actual reasons not to. I take my showers at night, and frequently have to use it afterward.
