I attended New York University in 1970 or 1971 for my GED diploma. I need a copy please.
Yes, you can get your GED (General Educational Development) and attend a university or college. Many institutions accept GED certificates as an equivalent to a high school diploma for admission. It's important to research the specific requirements of the universities or colleges you're interested in attending.

i think he wants to attend NYU but not entirely sure if he's accepted EIT: Yeah, he wants to go to NYU, but is holding off college until he gets his movie stuff done.
New York University (NYU) in New York. She attended the film school
It is stated that they do accept a GED as long as you also score high in SAT and ACT. HOWEVER, in reality Harvard will decline GEDs as they want the best of the best and a GED to them is a sign of laziness and low accomplishment. If a person get into Harvard or any other Ivy League school with a GED, it would cast a negative outlook onto themselves and the college community.
The biggest college in NYC is NYU (New York University). 41,783 students attend it and it's pretty big. They charge $35,290 a year to attend it whether you come from New York or outside.

Elmira College and NYU TSU Williams College those are the ones off the top of my head. I'm hoping that the color of the school isn't dictating wether or not you will attend it. :)
