It depends on what you want to ban them from.
All laws are meant to be followed and abided by, therefore if a law is broken by someone the Police have the power to arrest you for doing so; as the Job of the Police is to do exactly that; (uphold the laws of the country being Policed). In conclusion the answer to the question is that any law, if broken allows the police to lawfully arrest.
No you have not broken any laws. Unless you try selling the song or somthing like that.
I am having an affair with a married woman in north Carolina, have I broken any laws?
No he hasnt.
no she hasnt
No, she technically hasn't broken any laws by deceiving her husband.
He hasnt got any sister :D
It depends on what you mean by broken. If you're asking if any laws of nature have been completely debunked, then no, the laws of nature remain true for the general case. On the other hand, there are certain situations in physics, usually when dealing in theoretical physics, where the laws of physics do not hold true.
hasnt made any affect on society!
Well, if you own the house, its up to you whom you let stay. If you have broken up with him and told him to leave and he hasnt. You get all of his things packed, if possible, or you call the sheriffs department and have them come escort him out. If you are renting the house with him and you are the only one on the lease, same as above. If your renting and he is on the lease with you, you have to get the landlord to evict him and they have to have reason, he doesnt pay his share or he vandilizes the premises. Unless, you rent, there arent any laws that follow because he doesnt own the home and the relationship is over.
Rockefeller's business practices were controversial but, at the time, did not technically break any laws in place. However, his company, Standard Oil, was eventually found to be in violation of antitrust laws and was broken up by the Supreme Court in 1911.
Sent away WHERE? Sent away by WHO? Sent away for what REASON? As a general answer - you can't be "sent away" (I assume you mean to jail) if you haven't broken any laws.
