Organizations and the employees within the organization must work in harmony, to be productive, proficient, and efficient. Disharmony among employees will have a negative effect on the stability and long-term survivability of the organization. Just present your case with sensitivity and understanding, while addressing the negative effects of the current practice within your workplace.
