Absolutely-- I didn't start showing till after that. I had gained a couple pounds but was still within my normal weight range that I usually fluctuate in. I really didn't start showing till about twenty weeks! As for not knowing I guess if you had very infrequent periods and didn't think it was odd that you didn't have one for three months (or maybe you had a slight period while pregnant) then I would think most people would know by the time they were that far along but then again sometimes we lose track of time. With my first two pregnancies I knew even before I had missed a period, with this one I probably was already a couple weeks late with the period but it was more of just having a feeling. So I knew within the first month every time, but with all three pregnancies I started showing very late.
Although there have been some cases of surprised mothers, it is rare. Best to visit a doctor to verify the pregnancy.
Yes
This means you are twelve weeks pregnant. Women usually show around this time. You will have a beautiful baby.
Certainly. A lot of women who do not suspect pregnancy don't find out until later in their pregnancy, some don't find out until their water breaks. The Learning Channel (TLC) has a whole series on women who didn't know they were pregnant until their third trimester.
It can happen as soon as the egg is fertilized or attached and you will never know you were pregnant. The most common is in the first trimester.
Pregnancy in the first trimester does not cause backache -- but periods sure do!

I have heard different things from different people, but I think it feels like a flutter, or gas. Weird I know, but that's what I feel. When I asked my doctor, that what she said it was.
Yes, it is possible. You should consult your doctor.
its only containdicated in the first trimester of pregnancy and in breast feeding why its contraindicated in first trimester pregnancy: it crosses the placenta, in animal drug trials this had no effect on mice at 5x the normal dose, however it had a statistically significant increased mortality in human pregnant females, due to this the study was stopped and never completed, it is unknown why this occurs in humans why its contraindicated in breast feeding: it gets in to breast milk and causes increased tumors currently the only indication i know of for metronidazole in pregnancy is trichomniasis infection, which even if caught during first trimester, shouldnt be treated until at least the second trimester
