Yes, you can be. There is a chance you are getting off light at that. In most places, that is a lower charge than if they hit you with 911 abuse. When you call 911, you are taking up a call taker, a dispatcher, and usually two officers' time. That would be four people that could be helping someone who is really in trouble.

Will you be charged if you fail a drug test for a police job?

If you fail the drug test, you will not be arrested. Being under the influence of drugs, alone, is not a crime. The crime is having possession of drugs, which a drug test, alone, does not prove. However, you will certainly not be hired for the job.

What is the law about a minor living alone in New Jersey?

In New Jersey, minors are not allowed to live alone. They must have a legal guardian or custodian responsible for their care and well-being until they reach the age of majority, which is 18 years old. Parents or legal guardians can be held liable for neglect if they allow a minor to live alone without proper supervision.

Do the police reduce crime alone?

Police are an element in reducing crime but can't do it alone, there must be community involvement in keeping a community safe. Communities that expect the police to do the job alone can expect an ongoing cycle of criminal activity.

Is using profanity considered disorderly conduct?

That would depend on where you are. in some places nothing is thought of it. Yet in others, you could be beheaded for it. In the western world profanity and all other forms of inconsiderate behavior has become the norm. Many more religious-based countries take a dim view of this sort of behavior. In many US states, the only profanity that is considered disorderly conduct are words that target groups of people, such as calling a woman the B-word or a person of color the N-word. The legal rationale is that such language is likely to provoke a violent response. As for other offensive words, you don't want to use them in a threatening manner or as a part of other offensive behavior, such as blocking a street or blocking people from walking past you. You would also need to be careful where and when you use profanity, even in the United States, since that can draw attention to illegal acts or behaviors. For instance, a drunken Filipino man was standing in the middle of a street shouting profanities. That drew the attention of the police and he was arrested for drunken disorderly conduct. While booking him, they noticed that he had red spray paint on his hands. The police investigated the area where he was picked up and discovered some fresh graffiti about Filipinos that was sprayed using red paint. Had he not shouted the profanity, he wouldn't have been charged with vandalism, let alone drunk and disorderly. Another problem with profanity is if you say it to a police officer while being ticketed or charged with something else. That may make the officer more aggressive in pursuing the case. For instance, if you are fighting a speeding ticket, there is a chance the responding officer won't make it to court. However, if you call the officer names, he/she may make it a point to make sure nothing keeps him/her from testifying, and perhaps even coloring the story as worse than what happened. Officers are not supposed to commit perjury, but if they do, it is often hard to prove it. So you don't want to antagonize the police or they may have it in for you.

How do you use the word conspiracies in a sentence?

We all joined into a conspiracy not to give you a sentence with "conspiracy" in it. Conspiracy theorists still believe that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone.

What is the jail process for disorderly conduct?

Disorderly conduct may flourish if the prisoners or inmates associates or gangs be tolerated to organize and practiced inside. However, if the jail authorities will disband any gang formation inside, and the disorderly conduct be left outside the jail authorities to control, there is a big percentage that prisoners may cooperate and will remain orderly, controlled and behaved. Secondly, never tolerate inmates from admitting any kind of religion. Freedom of religion is only applicable to the good and free community. But in the case of prisoners, where majority of them are hard-headed, abnormal, deviants, perverts, rapist, atheist, etc., multi-faceted or any religious interfaith cannot rehabilitate these bad mammals. However, the best, I believe to rehabilitate and purge prisoners from bad influence is by adopting only one faith or religion. It should be a FULL GOSPEL RELIGION where the faith and belief can only be formed and adapted through the power of the Holy Spirit of God, who cannot disown His prodigal sons who want to be reformed, not by man's strength alone.
