Anybody can be baptized if upon repentance they accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, regardless of their name. Some may be unwilling to baptize some people unless they do have a change of name first, but what God looks at is a change of heart, as baptism is only an outward representation of that inner spiritual change. This means that if your heart has changed then in God's eyes you are already baptized. For example, the thief on the cross had no possible way to be baptized but he is in heaven:-

Luk 23:38-43 KJV And a superscription also was written over him [ie Jesus Christ] in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. (v.39) And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, "If thou be Christ, save thyself and us". (v.40) But the other [ie other thief on cross next to Christ] answering rebuked him, saying," Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? (v.41) And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss." (v.42) And he said unto Jesus, "Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom." (v.43) And Jesus said unto him, "Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise."

However, the Satan/Lucifer will never be baptized because he will not repent.
