A question with several possible answers. (1) if you were convicted federal felon - no. (2) If you were a convicted state felon. - possibly. Some (not all) states will return some of your privileges to you if you petition the court to have them returned (expunction). However, it is not automatic that it will be granted and it is only in some states. If you live in one of those states - and your petition ios granted - you MAY have your privilege of holding public office restored.

No, such is not possible. If the president committed a crime, he would be impeached and convicted and lose his office. Then he would not be president anymore and could not pardon anybody. He could then be indicted and tried just like anyone else.
