yes just have a healty diet but excersise is important for a strong heart While you can remain healthy for a while without exercise, especially when you are young (under 30 years old or so), in the long run you cannot maintain your health unless you get some form of exercise on a regular and routine basis.

Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat.
