it doesn't necessarily mess it up, it just will slow it down because all of your Internet runs off of one router. if someone is using the net and the xbox at the same time the xbox will start to lag, as well as your Internet.
Yes, You need an internet connection because when you are on Xbox Live you are using the internet from your router.
so far it hasnt hurt mine but if lots of people in your house are on the internet it might be slow
If you are using a original xbox Microsoft no longer supports the internet service for them.
it depends on how you are linking the xbox to the internet but i would reset your internet box and your wifi while your xbox is wired to your houses network
If the copmputer is using the internet, then yes.
You can use a router or a hub.
Downloading Xbox games on the internet is illegal and will need your console to be modded to play the games.
Connect your xbox to the internet, sign in to your xbox live account. Launch the game and if your using an old version the game will automatically update. You will be prompted to confirm the update.
ok to get internet or Xbox live on your Xbox you have to first have a modem and an Ethernet cord insert the cord into the modem and the xbox and then you should have internet
Yes it can. You can follow the directions here:
Because you have limited bandwidth. You can only transfer data at a certain speed. You computer is transferring data when it is connected to the internet and this takes away from the data that can be transferred by the xbox. If the computer is only connected to the internet then it should not slow down you game system but if someone is using to play an online game or download music/movies this will cause your system to lag.
