Only if Maryland accepts the transfer of your probation supervision from Pennsylvania. (1) You must petition the Court for permission to transfer your probation from one state to the other. Unless there was some other aspect to the charge that you did not disclose in the question, that alone, should not be enough to get you suspended. If MD does suspend you however, your privilege to drive in MD would definitely be suspended, but it would be up to PA as to whether to honor that suspension in PA or not.
