It is possible since almost the major subjects of both the disciplines match. A chemical engineer can go for post-graduate study in petroleum engineering easily. Generally, chemical and petroleum engineers would work together in a petroleum/oil& gas industry.
It will help for certain medical professions such as Chemical engineer and Biochemist.
If you meant to type ACS degree; then it means an American Chemical Society certified chemistry degree plan.
know somebody or get a degree in process technology
To become a pharmacy technician, a college degree is not needed. Visit PTCB.org and sign up for the exam. Then study and pass!

A chemical Engineer is a Jack of all trades but Master of NONE. Yes it is possible to have a Master degree in not only petroleum but also in polymer, atomic, energy, industrial engineering s.
Yes, a diploma civil engineer can become a BE degree engineer after completing the degree BTECH from distance learning.
Well, believe it or not, it is somewhat possible. The chair in my chemical engineering department at the University of Toronto,is actually an applied chemist who took a masters in chemical engineering. But, in terms of knowledge, I believe that a chemist lacks fundamental knowledge about thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, process control, etc.. These core courses really define a chemical engineer at the bachelors level. In short, you will not be considered a chemical engineer with a chemistry degree. You can get a masters aftewards in chemical engineering, but the uses for that are somewhat debatable.
The minimum educational require for a chemical engineer is a bachelor's degree. However, many do go on for a master's and doctorate degree after completion of the bachelor's degree.
An engineering degree, usually a Bachelor's degree of Engineering - a BE - to start with. Or you can become a better engineer and go for a higher education
