Can you get emanstipated from your parents because you don't get along with one of them?

Emancipation is a complex legal process that typically requires meeting certain criteria such as financial independence and the ability to make major life decisions. Disliking a parent is typically not sufficient grounds for emancipation. It's important to seek legal advice and explore other options for improving family relationships before considering emancipation.

Can a 15-year-old be emancipated if they don't get along with their parents?

No. The minimum age for emancipation in the few US states that allow the action is 16. In no state would a judge grant emancipation to a minor on the grounds that he or she did not get along with their parents.

Can you get emancipated in nebraska for not getting along with your parents I dont get along with my parents that much anymore im sixteen and i can support myself i make 900 dollars a month?

Not getting along with your parents is not enough to justify emancipation, or there wouldn't be a teenager living at home anywhere. And $900 a month is below poverty level.

Can I move out of my moms at the age of 18 and move into my dads legally?

In most places, you can legally choose where to live at age 18. It's advisable to discuss your plans with both parents and, if needed, seek guidance from a legal professional. Remember that maintaining communication with your mom is important, even if you live with your dad.

Did Poseidon's parents get along with him?

No poseidon did not get along with his parents and never would. He never did because his father Cronus swallowed him, and Cronus died when Zeus (Poseidon's brother) killed him and saved his siblings. So the answer would be no he did not get along with them because he never even talked to them.

I am 17 years old I don't get along with my parents at all we are always fighting Can I still get emancipated without my parents' signature I can't take it there anymore you have threatened to kill?

Can you support yourself? Do you earn about 2500 a month net? Can you afford a lawyer and court costs? To become emancipated you have to file court papers and go before a judge to prove you can support yourself, pay the rent, buy food, and do all the things that people do to live on their own. The judge will decide through what you present to him if you are able to do this. I suggest you get counseling for your problems with your parents. Start at high school and they can refer you to other people or agencies.

Can you move out if you are only 15 years old?

Yes, although most states don't allow below the age of 16, you can be emancipated at age 15 if the courts deem it necessary. Chances are, though, that if your home is bad enough to be emancipated at 15 then they will simply place you into foster care along with all of your brothers/sisters and lock your parents up or just not allow them to see/talk to any of you again or both.

If you are 16 and do not get along with parents and want to leave how do you do that?

Some states allow for a 16 year old to be emancipated. But that means they have to be able to support themselves and not be a burden on society. If you are not in danger, the court probably won't grant emancipation. If you are in danger, social services for the state can get you to a safe home.
