Sure. I was at a concert for this one screamo rock band and they did a cover on the veronicas' untouched it is to this day stuck in my head so elec, screamo and rap is a very good idea in fact. and besides you can join any kind of music together go look at mathcore and Dubstep that is like the very end to what can be considered music. (i base this as music must have a mathematical rhythmic pattern whereas mathcore and dubstep does not)
Flyleaf in their song I'm So Sick, the girl does some screamo
The Children of Bodom?
No. 'Fake It' is considered Post-Grunge/Alternative Metal. Screamo is completely different.
It is " Imma Be" Its the same song, the Peas declare it is If you watch Mun2
Baby by Justin Bieber. LOL JK. Same, i suggest rap. I frickin hate rap but its easiest. Or screamo. I enjoy screamo and you cant really tell when the voice cracks.

Take It Away- The Used
Your description really doesn't narrow it down, nor does the uncertaintly about whether you actually mean Screamo, or if that's just a phrase you use for any song which uses harsh toned vocals.
