Not likely. Because of the body style change between 1992 and 1993 (3rd generation to 4th generation), it is unlikely that the rear end will fit due to the difference in fender sizes and other specifications.
8.5 inch 10 bolt.
a 10 bolt rear posi was an option as well as ratio 3.73 was performance option
It would not be a direct bolt up since the hood and fenders are slightly different from each other
In 69 you could get whatever you wanted, a lot of impalas had the 12 bolt rearend and some had the 8.5 10 bolt rearend.
There metric, get a metric set.
You might have to get a new driveshaft made or if your driveshaft you now have is too long you can have it shortened.
Get a heavier duty rearend. the tow capacity is based on the rearend. Chevy 10, 12, and 14 bolt rearend.
no they are not. the truck rear is bigger and heavier duty plus it has 6 bolt axles and the camaro has 5 bolt
The GM F Body LT1 cars got the 2 bolt mains. Only the Corvette LT1 got the 4 bolt mains with aluminum heads.
Yes it should bolt right in
if the bolt pattern is the same and bolt size yeah then it'll fit
No it will not, The holes in the block that hold the motor mounts are in a different location. Truck engines won't bolt up to car mounts, and car engines won't bolt up to truck mounts.
