the answer would seem to be obviously yes. the production of a sky scraper would be no different than that of building a house. i work in concrete so i know how foundations are set. the foundation for a skyscraper is much bigger and thicker than that of a house, but obviously you would be able to put that on a mountain. the only foreseeable problem would be air, but i think that can be fixed with central air.
