you can try to build under ground walls with won't stop a earthquake but it will slow down the earthquake so it will weaken the earthquake. ?

No, only the original skyscraper There is a difference between the terms "a Skyscraper" and "a Skyscraper card". The first means a card simply called 'Skyscraper', while the second is 'a card with Skyscraper in the name'. So while Skyscraper 2 - Hero City is a 'Skyscraper card', Captain Gold only refers to a card named just "Skyscraper".
A floor is a story in a skyscraper. so if you have 18 floors u have 18 stories.
because they are so tall it is as if they scrape the sky
That building is so high it reached outerspace!
so it was very hard for them because they had no food or water and they needed this to survive
the answer would seem to be obviously yes. the production of a sky scraper would be no different than that of building a house. i work in concrete so i know how foundations are set. the foundation for a skyscraper is much bigger and thicker than that of a house, but obviously you would be able to put that on a mountain. the only foreseeable problem would be air, but i think that can be fixed with central air.
Past perfect is formed with had + past participle. The past participle of build is built. So the past perfect is had built.I had built the house ten years before the earthquake.
