If the CD is CD-r then no. Only a CD-RW can have songs added or deleted.
Actually, you can add more songs to a CD-R later.
Think the process of writing the song to the CD-R like writing a chapter in a book. When you write a bunch of songs all at once, your CD-writing program groups them into what is called a "session". This is like a chapter in a book - it comes with an starting page, and an ending page. As long as there is enough space on the CD-R, you can keep writing sessions (chapters). When you tell the CD-writing software to "finalize" your CD-R, this is like adding a binding to the chapters in the book - the book (now CD-R) is finished, and you can't go back and add anything more.
So, if you are creating a CD-R, and don't intend to fill it up all at once, make sure the option to "finalize" is NOT checked; this may also be indicated by a question similar to "do you want to close this CD?" or "Write CD in Disk-At-Once (DAO) mode?". You should answer NO to either of those questions if you wish to write any more songs onto the CD.
With some CDs you can. It depends on the format. A CD-R can have more data added to it, if there is space that is remaining. You will need to know what type of CD you have and what way you originally wrote to it, as you cannot overwrite areas already written to.
You have to unlock them by earning more points on the songs you already have
open bearshare --> drag the songs you want to burn to the media player (can be more) --> put them in an play list --> put a empty CD into your computer --> click on burn.
If you're already written the songs to the disk, you can't add any more.
ncki minaj has done up to 28 songs (that is also including the rapping she has done in other peoples songs ) but songs on her own about 15-19
Write more songs if you want and when you cant think of a song to write that's it you have all of your songsD ==

You can't. Once it's already been finalized, it's like a DVD, you can't rewrite it.
