No, you can purchase antivirus softwares of course but there is no guarantee that it will get rid of all of them. It is very unlikely that it will be able to find them all as well. Your best bet is to use a mixture of antivirus softwares. This can cause problems with speed of your computer and sometimes they will tread on each others' territory but if you use the right mixture. (AVG, Spybot S&D, Lavasoft Ad-Aware) ((ALL FREE!))
The only other option, in extreme cases, is to reinstall the operating system. This would cause you to lose all of your data however so note that as well.
