I am guessing that since you are asking this question, that means you are not legally eligible to purchase a firearm. The background check is there to prevent criminals, convicted felons, drug users, mentally unstable and underage people from buying a firearm. If you do not qualify to purchase a firearm, I would highly recommend not trying because it is a major federal offense that comes with serious jail time. You do not want to spend the next several years in jail over a gun.
No!
yes
Do you have any money?
Depending on where you live, you might not be able to.
There is no loop hole. It's a fabricated phrase. Any person who is a licensed gun dealer must follow all the laws and fill out all the proper paperwork when selling guns, and they must do that even when they are selling at a gun show. IN MOST STATES, you can buy a gun directly from an individual without any paperwork, but you can do that whether you're at a gun show or your neighbor's house. When people use the phrase "gun show loophole" they are saying you can go to a gunshow and buy a gun without the background check, but that is only true (and legal) if you buy from an individual, which requires no background check, which again, is legal at a gun show or anywhere else.
Wisconsin Spice Inc. is in Berlin, Wisconsin.
You can not buy a gun in Wisconsin and live somewhere else. In order to by a gun in Wisconsin you have to live there.
what is the legal age to buy a car in wisconsin ?
I would say NO! If it was Canadian, they would have spelled Winnipeg right, when the guys were going to Canada to buy beer. They are supposed to be in Wisconsin, which is why they all yell, "Hello, Wisconsin!" during the intro.
You can buy it at Joanne.com, or Walmart.com.
