I'm assuming this is equipped with the 4.1 liter engine, and it's FWD. Since it runs off the serpentine belt, not easily. If anyone makes a bypass pulley for it, that would work, but I've never seen one for these cars. All it would be is a bracket that bolts in place of the AC compressor and has a pulley on it for the belt to go over it. It would just be like having an extra idler pulley. If you have the skills and equipment, you could make one. If you're accustomed to fabricating (ie - a machinist, tool and die maker, or custom car builder) you could make it yourself fairly easily, but I wouldn't recommend this for amateurs.

Drain the radiator by removing the lower hose. Then remove the fan shroud then the oil cooler lines and upper hose/ Then the bolts that hold it in and pull it out. Dispose of the used coolant properly.
I have seen on an Olds forum that the belt for the 86 olds 88 w/o a/c will work. It should be 75.5 in instead of 103 (the 1986 88 belt is 76.1 in)

Its 6x5.5 same as a Chevy, Toyota, Cadillac and Nissan 6 lug patterns so the wheels are interchangeable.

Sounds like your master drivers side window switch is on its way out. If you can find a working used one you can save some money. It will interchange with Cadillac Deville, Fleetwood FWD 4 doors from 85-93. Also a lot of the 4 door Olds 98 (85-90) and Olds 88 (86-91) have the IDENTICAL switch.
It the air bypass unit. be sure there is no leak and the electric connector is attached. To test I have taken it off and temporarily installed a rubber hose. What happens is when you start car the air bypass is open and increases engine idle. Inside the air bypass is a heater that shuts off the air bypass once the engine is up to temp. The air bypass is on right side of engine. It is bolted to engine with two bolts. Air passes out engine through the air bypass and out a big hose connected to air bypass.
