Can you bypass the air conditioning compressor with a serprntine belt meant for a vehicle without air conditioning on a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am. Also what do you do with the hoses going to commpressor?

Yes but you need to get the WITH OUT AC pulley and bracket. Should be able to get at your local auto recycler.
