No. This involves a legal principle called reciprocity, where one state agrees to recognize a carry permit issued by another state- and that state honors a permit issued by the first state. Unfortunately, there IS no reciprocity agreement between Georgia and South Carolina. Not legal.

Note to original answerer- Like MOST states, there is no registration of ordinary firearms in these 2 states, and that has no bearing on the answer.
