NO you're very unlikely to get herpes from using the same shower. Herpes doesn't survive out side of the body for more then a few seconds.
If the person you are in bed with has herpes, you can catch it from sharing a bed.

No. Herpes is a virus and can spread. Most likely you would get cold sores around your mouth. Cold sores are herpes simplex and the same as genial herpes. The person you are having sex with will give you herpes if it is active.

Nope, herpes and strep are not the same thing. Strep is caused by bacteria, herpes is caused by a virus. But you shouldn't be kissing some one that has strep throat, it is contagious.

Certain strains of the herpes virus cause cold sores. Herpes simplex virus type 1 usually causes cold sores.
