Of course you can. You kind of have to, actually. Kyogre is only available through plotline events prior to the Elite 4. If you're in Emerald, then you can only access him either before or after depending on your range of events.
Yes, it only works for Ruby though. In Pokemon Sapphire, you cannot get Groudon; therefore you must trade. In Emerald you'll have to beat the Elite Four and go find it.
Kyogre only.
No. But you have to battle it and try to catch it.
no
you can't
Kyogre and regirock-regice-registeel
You should train your Pokemon until they strong enough to challenge the elite four, train your Pokemon from 50->70... if you catch one lengendary Pokemon that's will be perfect! But you just only catch kyogre!
Sorry no, you can not get Kyogre and Groudon in Emerald before beating the elite four. After the Elite four have been beaten, talk to the weather man and go through the series of events. Repeat after obtaining one or the other to get the second. Level 70's be prepared. Sorry for the misfortune. :(
the only way to catch mew is to defeat the elite four
If you cause Kyogre to faint, you can "revive" it by re-battling the Elite Four and the Champion. It will respawn in the same place you encountered it during the story.
Go Beat the elite four. And catch the legendaries like Kyogre and groudon. =]. -egyoshi
In Ruby and Sapphire yes you need to beat the Elite Four first, but in Emerald you can catch Raquazza before or after you beat the Elite Four.
no,that is inposible.
