First, you must visit the Sealed Chamber (walkthroughs to get there are everywhere on the internet). In the Sealed Chamber, you must use Dig on the wall at the northmost to open another room, then you must go to the northmost wall in the next room and place a Relicanth at the lead of your party and a Wailord at the end. An earthquake should occur. You must then beat the Pokemon League and go to Route 105 afterwards. An open cavern should appear on one of the small islands. Go into it and go to the northmost wall and wait for two minutes. A room should open. Enter the room, and you will battle Regice.

∙ 15y agono u cant catch regigigas in sapphire. but u can get regirock,regice and registeel then transfer the three regis to ur diamond/pearl.then you go to the snowpoint temple with ur three regis and at the last floor regigigas is there. hope i helped u (^^)

∙ 12y agoi don't think you can,except rayquaza and kryogre i was disapointed too.
In emerald you can catch most legendary Pokemon without a GameShark (well sort of: you must have special items which you can only get from Nintendo events) however in sapphire and ruby you need a gameshark to get the other legendaries.
In sapphire you can catch
Kyogre
Rayquaza
Regi-ice/rock/steel
You have to trade groudon across

∙ 14y agoFirst you need all the regis,regiice regirock and registeel, you can get them from a friend then get them on your team make your way to the last floor of snowpoint temple regigigas will be there.
BY THE WAY HE IS LEVEL ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

∙ 14y agoBefore you are about to encounter Regigigas,(you have to have Regice, Regirock, and Registeel with you)you have to save the game, and then encounter him.But if you encounter him and he is not shiny, you have to turn off your Ds and start over again.This could take months but keep trying
