Yes, there is one bolt and one gasket holding the muffler pipe to the rest of the exhaust assembly.
Maybe slightly do to echo, but mostly just changes the tone. to increase decibel, would have to change muffler.
just cut it off in front of your muffler and when you get done doing that instead of having it so loud in the cab cut the pipe that is coming out of the back of your muffler and weld it onto ur pipe on your truck thts what i did when i first did it now i got echo tips and it sounds really good
Just about any aftermarket cruise control package will work on a 2000 Echo. It should be professionally installed to make sure there are no safety concerns.
not trying to sound smart, but it's under the car just before the muffler on the exhaust system.
This has been around for as long as I can remember. There is no such thing as A muffler bearing. Somebody is pulling your leg. 100% correct. Just for fun, tell whoever told you needed to change it that you need to borrow a spagnasty because you figure you'll change the blinker fluid at the same time:)
The cost to fix a muffler leak on a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire typically ranges from $100 to $300, depending on the extent of the damage and whether you need to replace the muffler or just seal a leak. Labor costs can also vary based on the repair shop's rates. If you're looking for a more precise estimate, it's best to get a quote from a local mechanic.

No, they just sit there.

Nymphs did not have symbols, they were just representative of things, Echo represented the echo.
It's really easy. Pretty much any muffler replacement is simple. If you're gonna change the whole exhaust you start where the cat is right under your hood, unbolt it, unbolt all the mounts under the car and it falls right out. If you only want to change the muffler, go to any Mexican owned muffler shop and it will be done in like ten minutes, they just saw off the old one and bolt/weld a new one on.
Doing it yourself? Just the muffler? $50+/- Take it to a muffler shop where they'll replace the exhaust pipe, the tail pipe and the muffler with a "lifetime replacement", and it could get expensive.
