There are three, all are on the exhaust pipe on the passenger side. I believe that one is before the catalytic converter and two are after.
To change an actual tire you need a tire machine to get it off the rim and the new one on. -If you mean the change the WHEEL and tire on a car, then you just need a jack and a tire wrench.
You fouled the spark plugs, replace and it will start. I just worked on one yesterday with this problem
You take the old one off, and install the new one.
remove the lowest panel on the dash ( the one under the steering wheel) the relays are under the radio there are 2 one for the blinkers and one for the emergency light.
