No, availability can only be changed by submitting a paper Associate Availability Change Request form to your department manager. He or she will then approve or deny the request and you will receive a carbon copy of the form. If approved, the availability change is manually entered into the Oasis system by the department manager. Availability changes must be turned in one full week before the schedule for which they will become effective.
