To change your email address you will need to send an email to help@moshimonsters.com. Be sure to include your monster owner name, monster name, the original email address you used and the date of birth you provided at registration. The Moshi Monsters Customer Service team will then be able to make this change for you and they'll email you back to confirm.
If you are a paid Moshi Monsters member you can change how your monster looks at Colorama in The Port.
You can not change your monster to a different monster. The only way to get a different monster is to start a different membership account.
