You cannot, for many reasons. One, the PSP isn't fast enough to support Mac OS X, and two, Apple only allows Apple branded devices to run Mac OS X.
it probably doesn't because like macs it runs on a different os. if your really unsure however you can scan the psp drive on your computer.
