I tried to fit the chains for a 215/70R15 on a 215/60R15, and the chains were too large. I suspect in your case the chains will be too small.

According to the sticker on the driver side door of mine, it's 36 PSI for my 215/65R16 tires.
Not with out a lift of some type. I'm looking at doing it to a friend of mine. probably about a 2" lift will be required. original tires are 25.6 " in dia new ones are 27.7" maybe fender trimming as well.
