More often than not yes. However the reason you have to check in online is to save money for the carrier, so subsequently they will rent less check in desks.
Check their website, as it often changes. I've attached a link below of Ryanair's route map which will give you all the relevant information.
Yes, Ryanair charge for luggage to go in the hold of the aircraft. You can take up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm into the cabin (to place in the overhead locker) for free. You can then pay extra for baggage to be checked in and loaded in the hold. The price for checking in baggage varies on the time of year travelling. When booking your flight you will be given the option of selecting to check in baggage for your flight and the appropriate prices will be displayed. I have attached a link below regarding the dimensions and weight allowance.
Not with you . . . it may be possible to take it in your luggage, but the baggage inspectors are going to want to sniff it and test it to make sure that the champagne is not an explosive.
You can only check your luggage in for an Expedia flight if you are actually at the airport. This is because you luggage needs to be weighed and there will be a fee if it is over a particular weight.
