If you would like to change your system language in Windows 7, go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Update > Optional Updates; then select the language pack you would like to download. After installing the language pack, you can switch your system language by going back to control panel, and visiting Region and Language options, and clicking on the Keyboard and Languages tab.
