You will only have a valid claim if the outage occured within your home. This would occur if a tree fell on a power line servicing your home. If was a electric company caused blackout that is excluded.

Sugar does not cut spicy foods. However it may disguise the spice a little. Dairy cuts spicy foods better.
Typically, frozen pizzas are not pre-cut, so they will have as many slices as you cut them into. The easiest for me is to cut them into 4 or 8 slices, depending on how big the frozen pizza is.
