If you are talking about the outside temp sensor, it is near the horn on the drivers side front. I t has a probe sticking downwards. Clean the probe from mud and dirt and the sensor may work again, if not a new one is needed
You will need a pro to open it up, do the work, then properly close it up again. Ideally leaving easy access for the next time.
If these two lights come on together then the extra traction sensor is broken and needs to be replaced when the sensor is fixed the check engine light will go off and the ets light will work properly again.
So they are easier to locate and work properly for you.
