Microsoft Works does word processing in an uncomfortable manner. You have to capitalize everything manually. It even doesn't recognize modern words. Microsoft Word on the other hand, capitalizes everything that should be capitalized (names, places, beginning of a sentence, etc.) It also allows you make spreadsheets, check your e-mail, make presentations and even organize your daily life.
I would definitely recommend Microsoft Office better.
