HDD is a memory device which need a Microprocessor, ram , I/O Devices in addition to 5 volt power supply for laptop HDD , 5.5 , 12 v for desktop HDD , Nothing of thoes devives are in cellphnes at all .. cell phone has alrady RAM , MP , I/O .. which are designed to work with memory cards .. not with media like Hard Drives
