If you come across any website promising "Instant Results" or "The Secret of Lucid Dreaming" or and other such instant gratification fare, please do yourself a favor and stay away. This is especially true if they want your money, asking you to buy a product or e-book or audio track or other gimmicks. Lucid dreaming and Astral projection are natural abilities and all the tips and tricks you need can be found online for free.
