yes you can i have the same problem there is a diagram you can find online that shows you get an analog cluster with the 28 pin plug with about 3 inches of wire from it and the diagram will show you what wires to connect to on your 32 pin for the digital it takes some time so go slow an pay attention an you should get it

Your best bet is to go to a pick'n'pull and get a new dashboard. It'd be cheaper and less trouble than replacing the 7-seg displays (if you can find them!)
