check the following; fuses, relays, regulator, window motor, off track, window switch. did not specify if it was manual or electric.
If it's a window that drops open or a manual/electric window that wont wind down or up, you need to replace your window regulator - about £25 second hand to replace.
The question is too vague. Is the glass broken, does the window get stuck half way, does the window fall down, is the motion jerky, is it manual or electric?

Window regulator controls the up and down motions of your car window. Both electric and manual windows have a window regulator. Not the easiest part to replace, but once you dissembled the door panel it should be fairly simple to replace.
under the hood check the window relay and\or fuses. Look in your manual for the number location.
In the fuse pannel which is below your headlight switch, check your manual as to which exact fuse it is, there may even be a diagram on the bottom of your dash if you don't have your manual.
