I Own a venture AWD myself , its also a 7 passenger , I was also wondering the same thing , and the answer is no you cannot , you must get 3 captain chairs for the venture , most 8 passenger ventures have 3 captain chairs , I do not know if a bench could work , Well what I can say is , try it , it could possibly fit, if you want it to be 8 passenger , check which one is cheaper , a whole bench or one more captain seat if your captain chairs have arm rests and cupholders , you must buy all 3 chairs , so if there is arm rests and cupholders , I strongly reccomend you buy a bench , do the best for your money and family best of luck and wishes , God bless

The bench seats three (or three bulky convertible infant/child seats. The seats are interchangeable. WHen I contacted the dealer back in '04 he told me they were not interchangeable (as did Buick), but that is simply not true. I went to the dealer "test drove" a Rondy home with a bench seat & proved to myself they could be easily switched with my captain's chairs.
